Refund policy
Products in unopened, unused condition may be returned within 30 days of initial purchase for a full refund of the amount paid, when accompanied by a Return Management Authorization (RMA) number. If you are not happy with your product, please contact us at shipping@imageskincare.ca to connect with one of our customer care representatives.
All shipping charges related to the approved return are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we accept no responsibility for returned goods that are lost in transit.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shipping@imageskincare.ca.
Non-refundable Items
- Shipping charges are not eligible for refunds.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on incorrect product choices.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that were not purchased directly through IMAGE Skincare Canada. All requests for returns or exchanges for products purchased at an authorized IMAGE Skincare partner should be directed to the location where purchased.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind on IMAGE Skincare products that were purchased from unauthorized websites, retailers or other unauthorized sources.
Faulty Goods
We always try to ensure that your products are of the highest quality when they leave the warehouse. In rare circumstances that products are defective, damaged or incorrect upon receipt of your order, contact us at shipping@imageskincare.ca immediately. Please include the order number in your email.
